I have been meditating weekly with Kaye for the last few years.
Meditation has allowed me to be in charge of my emotions. Instead of simply responding to situations in well established patterns, I can now disengage emotionally and choose how I will react.This has brought me a lot of peace and has helped me to heal relationships.

Life in retirement is not what you expect. It seems to get busier and busier with people constantly expecting you to have lots of time to spend with them!!! You yourself start to question where the time goes, and you can end up more tense and preoccupied than you used to be in the work-place. Meditation was suggested as a “stopping place” and that is what it has proved to be. Time for some quietness and peacefulness during which I find soul and body are renewed with energy Prue Smith
I found the course enjoyable and much needed. It was a little slice of stillness in my otherwise busy week as a mother of young children. Kaye's calming and soothing voice was a pleasure to listen to as she guided us through a lovely relaxing meditation.

I have been attending meditation classes, held by Kaye Ellis, for the past 2 years. Since beginning my meditation classes, Kaye has very generously given of her time and I has professionally taught me the skills of meditation which I have incorporated into my everyday life to self-calm and re-charge my body within a short period of time.
